Your photography session with me is designed to be both laid back and deeply personal. If you come armed with posing ideas, that's wonderful! But rest assured, if you need assistance, I'm more than happy to guide you. With my background in education, I have a knack for working with children and will always go the extra mile to ensure they feel comfortable and at ease. My goal is to make your session as stress-free as possible. After all, we're here to capture beautiful, authentic moments that you will treasure forever.



Initial Consultation: Start by filling out a questionnaire that will help me understand your expectations and preferences for your photography session. This includes discussing potential packages and services, and providing your full legal name, phone number, email address, and your preferred location. We'll explore your vision for the session in a pre-consultation discussion, where I'll provide any wardrobe styling tips or session-specific advice you need.

Service Quotation: Once we've determined your requirements, I'll send you a detailed quote outlining the services and packages you've requested.

Booking Request: Proceed to the booking page to specify your desired date and time.

Service Agreement: Following your booking request, I'll send an agreement that mirrors your accepted quote, and details your chosen date, time, and location.

Invoice & Retainer: After agreeing to the terms, you'll receive an invoice. To confirm your booking, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required. Your session isn't officially booked until this retainer has been paid.

Payment & Confirmation: The remainder of your invoice is due on the day of the session, payable before the session begins. I'll also reach out to you for confirmation and to discuss any potential issues, such as weather conditions.

The Session: On your chosen date, time, and location, we'll bring your vision to life.

Post-Session & Delivery: Expect a two-week turnaround time for your images. If you selected the Starter package, I'll provide a proof sheet of all edited images for you to review and select your favorites. If your package includes an online gallery, you'll have the option to order prints and digitals. Any purchased digital proofs for social media sharing will be sent to you either when your online gallery is uploaded or within 48 hours of your purchase.
